Who Owns 和 Operates the shared scooters 和 bikes?

The 西萨克拉门托市 does not own or operate shared scooters or bicycle programs. They are owned 和 operated by private vendors that have obtained a permit from the City to operate. As of January 2024, there are two operators in West Sacramento: 石灰 和 , who are permitted to operate scooters 和 e-bicycles

What if a shared mobility device is causing an obstruction or is inappropriately parked? 

If the device is inappropriately parked or is obstructing a normal path of travel, 请采取以下步骤:

Micromobility devices accept payment options beyond credit cards to provide equitable access to all potential riders. Payment options may differ among operators, 和 is shown in the table below.

Unbanked individuals or those without credit cards can load money into an account in small increments through our partnership with PayNearMe. Riders can pay using cash at one of PayNearMe's retail locations 和 they will receive a code to enter to unlock the vehicle. There are several PayNearMe locations in the greater Sacramento region, including CVS

石灰访问 program provides West Sacramento residents who is enrolled in a federal, state or local assistance program with 5 FREE 30 minute rides per day. To enroll each person must submit proof of enrollment in a local, state or federally-run assistance program such as EBT card, 水电费折扣, or 过境折扣票价. To sign up, documentation 和 enrollment information can be found http://v1.li.me/en/community-impact. Approval typically takes 3-5 business days.

People who plan to use shared mobility services, such as bike-share 和 scooter-share MUST comply with all relevant traffic laws to ensure the safety of all travelers.

Park in a secure, upright position at a bike rack or designated drop zones. 自行车 和 scooters must be parked at bike racks or designated drop zones. DO NOT block sidewalks, driveways or doorways.

Can 共享移动 Devices be parked at existing city or business bike racks?
